■業務内容
国内外の顧客とコミュニケーションを取り、開発や生産に関わる技術開発・プロセス確立・技術移管などの推進を行う
・技術を用いた中分子合成とその精製のプロセス開発
・スケールアップおよびGMP製造への導入
・製造・品質部門や国内外の再委託先CDMOとの連携を図り、技術や製造をリードする

Required Skills
必須要件
◇学歴：大学院卒以上
◇語学：英語、業務遂行レベル
・海外の顧客、委託先、サプライヤーとのメールおよび会議（リモート・対面）でのコミュニケーションが必要になります。
◇スキル：有機合成化学をベースとした医薬品（原薬）や化学品のプロセス研究の経験
歓迎要件
生産や医薬品GMPに関する知識、経験
・製薬企業、CDMOの業務経験（3年以上）
・医薬品、医薬中間体の製造技術開発、研究開発経験
・危険物取扱資格
・TOEIC 650点以上
