・アウトソーシングの受注・発送システムの管理とベンダーのマネージメント、及び社内調整のリード
・新ERP導入の為のベンダー・社内調整のリード
・中国本社との新受注管理システム構築のリード
・国内需要・サプライ・在庫管理・売り上げ予想の管理・幹部との社内方針作成
・中国本社との日本需要・日本向けサプライの調整管理・POの発行・プロセス構築のリード
・代理店の受発注に関する業務の管理

・医療機器のCustomer service経験（3年以上）
・需要予想・サプライ・在庫管理経験（3年以上）
・ERPシステム操作経験（3年以上）
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・ExcelなどのPCスキル
・幹部へのプレゼンテーションスキル
・中・長期的な視野から必用なアクション・改善を考えるスキル
・締め切りの厳守
・各部署とチームとしての関係を築き、前向きなDiscussionが出来るなど、チームワークを大事にする行動・発言
・顧客志向の誠実なコミュニケーション
