【業務内容】
事業開発統括本部に属する事業ファイナンス部では、事業開発に伴う投資について、投資効果を最大化すべく、最適な投資のストラクチャーを分析・提案し、その一環で、レバレッジ効果が期待できるプロジェクトファイナンス組成・実行を主な業務として実施しております。
【役割】
海外および国内のプロジェクトファイナンス案件について、ストラクチャリング、ドキュメンテーション、ファイナンシャルモデル、その他プロジェクトファイナンス組成・実行において必要な分野（例 保険、税務、会計）の対応含め 、プロジェクトファイナンスの組成および実行管理を担当していただきます。
