・M A戦略の立案
・クロスボーダーM A/投資の推進および支援
◆部署の魅力：総合職は全員、投資案件を抱えながら業務。他、コーポレートガバナンスや中計の策定等、経営企画として幅広い業務に携われる機会がある
◆部署の雰囲気：役員（経営層）との距離の近さ
◆働き方：8人中4人が育児と両立。在宅勤務の利用実績は少ないものの、上司・同僚の理解はある。所定外は45時間/月程
