・タンパク質・リガンド相互作用、構造変化、水分子ネットワーク等の解析に基づく化合物設計支援
・実験研究者、メディシナルケミスト、データサイエンティスト等との協働による創薬意思決定への貢献
・Globalにおける計算科学分野の戦略策定、技術導入、研究基盤強化への貢献

・分子シミュレーション、分子動力学、ドッキング、自由エネルギー計算等の物理ベース手法に関する深い理解と活用経験
・自由エネルギー計算や高度MDサンプリング技術を用いた、タンパク質およびリガンドの高度な計算解析経験
・グローバル組織・海外研究拠点・外部パートナー等と連携し、計算科学戦略や研究基盤強化に貢献できること
【歓迎（WANT）】
・計算結果を創薬研究者に分かりやすく説明し、実験検証や化合物設計に結びつけられるコミュニケーション力
・ターゲット探索、ヒット探索、リード最適化、候補化合物創出までの創薬プロセスに関する理解
・新規計算科学技術、AI創薬技術、ソフトウェア、外部パートナー技術の評価・導入経験
・計算環境を含めたITインフラ構築経験
・製薬企業・創薬関連ベンチャー企業での実務経験など
