変化の激しい市場において、チーフ・コマーシャル・オフィサー（CCO）の戦略的パートナーとして、日本市場へ新規参入するブランドのビジネスプランを構築する重要な役割の新ポジションです 。
高級品（ラグジュアリー）およびビューティー市場を深く理解し、社内の営業・マーケティングチームと密に連携しながら、ブランドの市場投入戦略から立ち上げまでを主導いただきます。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
１）新規ブランドのローンチ提案日本市場に向けた、魅力的で説得力のある新規ブランドの立ち上げビジネスプロポーザル（提案書）の作成
２）総合的なビジネスプランの構築社内の営業、マーケティング、その他の部署からのインプットを統合し、強固な事業計画を共同構築する
３）P L（損益計算書）の作成CCOおよび財務（ファイナンス）チームと共同で、財務計画・P Lの策定を行う・
４）パートナーブランドとの交渉相互のエンゲージメント（確約）を強め、収益性の高いブランドローンチを実現するための、パートナー企業との交渉・ ・
５）市場トレンド・競合の分析市場の動向や競合他社を継続的に監視・分析し、データに基づいた意思決定を支える
