【職務内容】
部内メンバーおよびSBUの税務チームと協働しつつ、以下のような施策を企画・実行する
・グローバルプロジェクト推進
・税務ポリシーに基づく税務ガバナンス体制の構築
・税務情報の効率的収集、グループの税務ポジションの可視化と活用の検討
・企業組織再編税務・M＆A税務サポート
・優遇税制適用計画策定等の税務企画策定
【今後のキャリア展望】
専門職として原則的にはローテーションの対象としない
※ただし、本人希望や適正も踏まえた上で、転勤を伴う海外拠点、管理会計・制度会計・資金・IR・事業部経理等へのキャリアパスも考慮することとする

・海外SBUを含む小規模グループを纏め、リードする事ができる能力（含む英語）、経験とリーダーシップ
・Excel、Word、Power Point活用能力

・事業会社における財務/経理部門での決算・管理会計業務
・事業会社における経営企画/経営管理部門での業務経験
・海外駐在経験
