【必須条件】
・日本語レベルN3以上
・⾷品メーカーにおける品質管理または品質保証業務の実務経験
└⾷品⼀括表⽰の作成経験、⾷品微⽣物検査経験 など
・惣菜・弁当・菓⼦・加⼯⾷品などの製造業態での品質管理経験
・HACCPに基づく衛⽣管理の実務運⽤経験
└⽇常点検、記録確認、是正対応を⼀⼈称で⾏った経験
【歓迎条件】
・⽣⾷・冷蔵・冷凍など複数温度帯商品の品質管理経験
・和⾷(惣菜・弁当・鍋・おせち)製造の品質管理経験
・原材料〜最終製品まで⼀連の⼯程に関わった経験
