Description
- 担当領域における財務・会計および税務業務の管理
- 外部委託先と連携したレポーティング業務の統括
- 財務諸表や税務関連資料のレビューおよび品質管理
- 月次・四半期・年次の決算プロセス対応
- 経営レポート、分析資料、予算・フォーキャストの作成
- グローバル・国内チームとの連携による計画策定
- 監査法人やアドバイザーとの調整業務
- 投資案件や業務改善プロジェクトへの参画
- 財務プロセスおよびガバナンスの強化

- 会計システムやERPの使用経験があれば尚可
- 自律的に業務を推進できる方
- 社内外との調整力・コミュニケーション能力
- チームリードや指導経験があれば尚可
