• 決算説明資料、IRプレゼンテーション、開示資料など投資家向け資料の作成
• 財務、事業、オペレーション部門と連携し、開示情報や経営データを収集・整理

• 市場調査、業界分析、競合分析を実施しIR活動をサポート
• 財務データおよび事業パフォーマンスの分析

A fast-growing Fintech company is seeking a Finance & Investor Relations Specialist to support investor communications, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while helping shape the company's communication strategy with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.

You will play a key role in preparing investor-facing materials, analyzing financial performance, supporting disclosure activities, and delivering high-quality financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for professionals looking to combine expertise in finance, accounting, corporate planning, and investor relations within an innovative, technology-driven environment.

• Prepare investor-facing materials including earnings presentations, financial reports, investor updates, and disclosure documents.
• Coordinate with finance, business, and operational teams to gather information required for financial disclosures and stakeholder communications.
• Support communications with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and peer-group research to support investor relations initiatives.
• Analyze financial and business performance data to support investor presentations and strategic messaging.
• Assist with investor relations planning, disclosure schedules, and communication strategies.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior management.
• Support corporate reporting initiatives and financial transparency efforts.

• 財務諸表や企業業績指標に関する理解
• 大卒以上

• 細部への注意力、業務の正確性

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 資本市場、IR業務、適時開示、決算開示に関する知識
• 機関投資家、証券アナリスト、外部ステークホルダーとの折衝経験
• 財務諸表分析、企業価値評価（バリュエーション）、コーポレートファイナンス知識

• Experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Planning, Equity Research, or related functions.
• Experience preparing financial reports, presentations, business analyses, or disclosure materials.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, corporate reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with financial data and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
