Job Description
経営企画・管理会計を軸に、予算策定や予実管理、経営層向けの分析・資料作成を担います。
加えて、M&AにおけるPMI推進や投資管理をリードし、事業成長をドライブする役割です。

職務内容
- 事業戦略の立案と実行におけるサポート
- PMIプロジェクトの計画・進行管理
- 市場調査やデータ分析を通じた意思決定支援
- 経営陣との連携による事業の改善提案
- プロジェクト管理と関係者との調整
- 各種レポートや資料の作成
- ファイナンシャルサービス業界における最新情報の収集と共有
