- ・新規AIプロダクトの開発推進
- ・プロダクト開発計画の策定および実行
- ・技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、コードレビュー
- ・エンジニア組織のマネジメント（評価・育成）
- ・エンジニア採用活動の推進
- ・技術ブログや登壇などのナレッジ発信
- ・生成AI・LLMを活用した機能開発のリード

- クラウド環境（AWS/GCP/Azure）の構築・運用経験
