• Prepare sales documents including quotations, invoices, and related paperwork
• Support logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery execution
• Maintain and update CRM and internal systems accurately
• Communicate with overseas offices, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high service quality
