Description
- Design and build advanced iOS applications using Swift
- Lead basic design (high-level design) efforts and guide implementation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, backend, design) to define, design, and ship new features
- Implement and maintain applications using MVVM architecture
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and external data sources
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and performance
- Identify and resolve bugs while improving application performance and responsiveness
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Engage in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality releases

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in Swift
- Proven experience delivering iOS applications (at least one published app)
- Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, RESTful APIs, and JSON integration
- Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture
- Experience with CocoaPods and/or Swift Package Manager
- Proficiency with Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Experience writing unit tests and working with testing frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
- Business-level English (e.g., TOEIC 800+)
- Experience with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs
- Knowledge of Apple's design principles and UI guidelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multinational team and manage multiple tasks
- Japanese reading ability
