Our client, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to support operations in the Japan market, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze financial performance in Japan market
- Lead annual budgeting process for Japan market
- Prepare and present financial reports to management
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with local stakeholders for strategic planning
- Monitor performance metrics for improvement opportunities


Qualifications:


- 5+ years FP&A experience in Japan market
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Intermediate business-level English

応募資格:


- 日本市場での5年以上のFP&A経験
- 日本の会計基準と規制に関する深い知識
- 財務モデリングおよびExcelに精通
- 財務、会計、または経済学の学士号
- 製薬業界または医療機器業界での経験があれば尚可
- ビジネスレベルの中級英語力
