Our client, a travel agency in central Tokyo, is seeking a charismatic Sumo Show MC to engage international audiences with sumo-themed performances. This full-time, on-site role in Shinjuku-ku offers the opportunity to promote Japanese culture through storytelling and interaction with diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

- Host sumo-themed performances for international audiences
- Coordinate with production teams for show operations
- Promote Japanese culture through storytelling
- Interact with audiences to create memorable experiences
- Present sumo shows in fluent English
- Ensure smooth transitions between show segments


Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and N3 Japanese or above
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culture, especially sumo wrestling
- Experience in public speaking or hosting events
- Customer service experience in tourism or entertainment
