職務内容
- ERP（SAP／Salesforce／Oracle Cloud）導入プロジェクトの計画〜実行〜Go‑Liveまでの統括
- プロジェクトスコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質管理
- リスク／課題管理および経営層へのエスカレーション
- 顧客・社内・オフショア開発チームとのステークホルダーマネジメント
- 移行・チェンジマネジメント（事前〜事後）
- 定期的なプロジェクトレビューと改善提案
