- L2 troubleshooting: Linux, containers, virtualization
- Networking basics (VLAN, routing), RCA support
- Incident / problem / change mgmt
CARE (3–5 YEARS)
- Log analysis, RCA ownership
- CR/MOP execution, lifecycle mgmt
- OpenStack / OpenShift administration
DEPLOYMENT (1–3 YEARS)
- Deploy OpenStack, Kubernetes, bare metal setup
- VNF/CNF onboarding for 4G/5G (Core, RAN)
- Testing, validation, documentation
