・海上保険・非海上保険を含むグローバル保険および各国現地保険の管理・運営
・貨物事故・損害に関するクレーム対応（原因調査、保険会社や関係者との交渉、示談・保険金請求手続き、求償業務を含む）
・重大案件やリスク事案について、経営層および海外本社への報告・エスカレーション対応
・保険会社、顧客、取引先および社内部門との各種調整・折衝業務
・法令・規制に関する監査対応および社内向け研修・教育の実施
・関連法令、規制および社内規程の遵守を推進し、監査対応や各種レポーティング業務を支援
（変更の範囲）その他会社が定める業務
