Senior Accountant シニア会計士 | IT & Digital Solutions (Hybrid, Flexible Hours)


Our client, a listed technology and digital solutions company in the IT industry, is seeking an Accountant or Senior Accountant to join their Holdings Accounting Group. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-value work that supports the group's strategic growth, including M&A projects and investment-related accounting. Enjoy a hybrid work setup with flexible hours, annual holidays, and the chance to work from home 2 to 3 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage standalone accounting operations for the holding company
- Review accounting and tax implications of new business initiatives
- Support accounting and tax review related to M&A and PMI
- Build accounting workflows for new businesses
- Support group-wide cash management activities
- Perform tax calculations and tax effect accounting
- Handle accounting operations related to the group’s investment business


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of accounting experience at a listed company
- Experience with consolidation accounting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with M&A and PMI accounting is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with digital accounting tools and systems is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in tax calculations and tax effect accounting is preferred but not mandatory

- ホールディング会社の単体会計業務の管理
- 新規事業の会計および税務上の影響をレビュー
- M&AやPMI関連の会計・税務レビューのサポート
- 新規事業の会計ワークフローの構築
- グループ全体のキャッシュマネジメント活動のサポート
- 税務計算および税効果会計の実施
- グループの投資事業に関する会計業務の対応


応募資格:


- 上場企業での5年以上の会計経験
- 連結会計の経験があれば尚可
- コミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可
- M&AおよびPMI会計の経験があれば尚可
- デジタル会計ツールおよびシステムに精通していれば尚可
- 税務計算および税効果会計の経験があれば尚可
