日本国内の先物/オプションのオペレーション立ち上げや運営体制構築を担当し、APAC地域の各拠点および日本の経営陣と連携しながら、規制対応やオペレーション改善を推進いただきます。

証券会社・投資銀行などのデリバティブ経験者歓迎。オペレーションの立ち上げを経験できるレアポジションです。

• 日本における先物・オプション業務の立ち上げおよびオペレーション体制の構築
• 日本国内の規制当局・取引所・清算機関との窓口対応
• APAC地域チームと連携しながら、日本国内の日常オペレーションをサポート
• オペレーション関連プロジェクト、テスト業務、業務改善施策の推進
• オペレーショナルリスク、証拠金管理、エスカレーション対応のモニタリング
• 規制報告、インシデント管理、内部統制強化のサポート

Join a leading global financial institution as an Operations Project Manager - OTC Derivatives, supporting the setup and expansion of futures and options operations in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with APAC offices and senior management while leading key regulatory initiatives, operational projects, and process improvements within a fast-paced investment banking environment. You will play a critical role in strengthening operational frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance across the business.

• Support the setup of Japan futures operations, operational controls, and business frameworks.
• Act as the primary contact for regulators, exchanges, and clearing houses in Japan.
• Collaborate with APAC regional teams while supporting daily operational activities in Japan.
• Lead operational projects, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives across derivatives operations.
• Monitor operational risks, margin processes, and escalation matters across the business.
• Support regulatory reporting, incident management, and operational control enhancements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 先物・クリアリング・デリバティブオペレーション、またはオペレーショナルリスク管理の実務経験8〜10年以上
• 日本の上場デリバティブ市場およびマーケットインフラに精通していること
• エスカレーションやオペレーションのトラブル、社外ステークホルダーとのディスカッションに対応できること

• 8-10+ years of experience in futures operations, clearing operations, derivatives operations, or operational risk management within investment banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Japan exchange-traded derivatives operations and market infrastructure processes.
• Experience supporting operational setup, team build-out, new business launches, or project implementation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across local and regional teams.
• Ability to manage escalations, operational issues, and discussions with external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within high-pressure operational environments.

• Japanese: Fluent (written and spoken).
• English: Fluent (written and spoken).

• Experience working closely with regulators, exchanges, and clearing houses in Japan.
• Knowledge of operational risk controls, regulatory reporting, and derivatives market infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-border operational projects within APAC financial markets environments.
