本ポジションでは、大手日系企業および多国籍企業向けに、クロスボーダー取引を含むトレードファイナンスソリューションの提案・組成・実行をリードしていただきます。

レターオブクレジット（L/C）、サプライチェーンファイナンス、売掛債権ファイナンスなど、幅広いグローバルトランザクションバンキング商品を活用し、顧客の資金調達ニーズを支援します。

リレーションシップマネージャー、プロダクトチーム、クレジット、リーガル、コンプライアンス部門と連携しながら、複雑なクロスボーダーファイナンス案件を推進。外資系銀行・トランザクションバンキング・コーポレートバンキング経験を活かしながら、国際的な金融ビジネスでキャリアアップしたい方に最適なポジションです。

A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced VP Trade Finance professional to support the growth of its global transaction banking platform in Japan. This role focuses on originating and executing complex trade finance and structured working capital solutions for large corporate and multinational clients across domestic and cross-border markets.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers, product specialists, and regional stakeholders to deliver tailored financing solutions while expanding client relationships and supporting strategic business growth. • Originate and execute trade finance and structured working capital solutions for multinational and large corporate clients across Japan and regional markets.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and product teams to identify cross-border financing opportunities and expand client wallet share.
• Lead client discussions and support preparation of transaction proposals, financing structures, and customized trade finance solutions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution and implementation.
• Manage transaction pipelines, internal approvals, utilization monitoring, and deal documentation across multiple mandates.
• Support negotiation and execution of trade finance products including letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain finance, and receivables finance solutions.
• Monitor market trends, client activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, KYC, operational risk, and regulatory frameworks throughout the transaction lifecycle.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• トレードファイナンス、ストラクチャードトレードファイナンス、トランザクションバンキング、コーポレートバンキングなど関連分野の実務経験5〜12年程度
• L/C、保証状、トレードローン、サプライチェーンファイナンス、売掛債権ファイナンスの専門知識
• クレジット、法務、コンプライアンス、オペレーション部門との連携経験
• 大手企業・多国籍企業の担当実績

• 顧客・社内関係者との信頼関係構築力
• 案件を追求するビジネス感覚
• 仕事のスピード感、タスク管理能力
• チームワーク、コミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル必須（海外拠点・海外顧客対応あり）

• 外資系銀行、またはクロスボーダートランザクションバンキング環境での経験
• ストラクチャードファイナンスやサプライチェーンファイナンス経験
• 貿易金融関連資格、クレジットトレーニング、日本の金融関連資格保有者歓迎

• 5-12 years of experience within Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking environments.
• Strong product knowledge across letters of credit, guarantees, trade loans, supply chain finance, and receivables finance solutions.
• Experience managing transaction execution processes while coordinating with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with large corporate and multinational clients within international banking platforms.
• Bachelor's degree and over 6 years of professional experience required.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities within a fast-paced international banking environment.

• Japanese: Native or fluent level required.
• English: Business-level proficiency required for cross-border and regional stakeholder communication.

• Experience within global banking platforms or cross-border transaction banking environments.
• Exposure to structured trade finance, supply chain finance, or receivables finance solutions.
• Relevant trade finance certifications, credit training, or Japanese banking licenses are advantageous.
