Our client, a global beauty company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Controller to enhance their supply chain financial performance. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial analysis and compliance within a dynamic supply chain environment, providing valuable insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze supply chain costs and financial performance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
- Identify and recommend corrective actions for budget variances
- Support compliance with internal control policies
- Monitor inventory KPIs for efficiency improvements
- Assist in internal audit activities and follow-up


Qualifications:

- Fluent Japanese and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in supply chain financial performance analysis
- Experience in internal control and compliance
- Experience in consumer goods industry is preferred but not mandatory

応募資格：


- 日本語および英語の流暢な読み書きと会話力
- SAPまたは他のERPの熟練度
- 財務、会計、またはコントローリングにおける2〜3年の経験
- 高度なExcelスキル
- サプライチェーン財務業績分析の経験
- 内部統制およびコンプライアンスの経験
- 消費財業界での経験があれば尚可
