本ポジションは、銀行における税務コンプライアンス全般（税務決算・申告）を担い、当局対応や関係部署との連携を推進いただきます。加えて、税務戦略立案のサポートを通じて、組織全体の最適化に貢献します。

職務内容
- 税務決算および法人税・消費税等の税務申告対応
- 税務コンプライアンスに関する業務全般
- 税務調査時の当局対応サポート、および社内関連部署との調整窓口
- 税務リスク管理およびプロセスの改善
- 税務戦略立案のサポート
- 必要に応じた各種レポーティング・資料作成
条件・待遇
- 昇給：年1回
- 賞与：年2回（業績・評価に連動）
- 交通費支給（上限あり）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜17:30
- 休日：完全週休2日制、有給休暇（最大20日）、連続休暇制度あり

- 金融機関・事業会社・税理士法人いずれかでの税務実務経験
- 銀行・金融業務に関する基礎理解、および関連法令（税法・銀行法等）の知識
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション力・折衝力
- 法人税・消費税の申告実務経験
- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel／Word／PowerPoint）
- 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語基礎レベル
- （歓迎）税理士試験科目合格、金融商品に関する知識
