職務内容
- 日本市場における商品戦略の実行およびパフォーマンス管理
- APACのMD・プランニングチームとの連携による商品要件の策定
- 売上、在庫回転率、消化率などのKPI達成に向けた施策実行
- 店舗別の在庫配分、補充、および店舗間移動の管理
- 市場動向・競合分析・シーズン後分析の実施
- 店舗スタッフ向けの商品トレーニングの実施
- 物流・VM・マーケティングチームとの連携によるブランド価値向上
