中〜大規模プロジェクトの責任者として、スコープ・コスト・スケジュールを管理しながら顧客のビジネス成果創出をリードする役割。顧客との関係構築やチーム育成も担い、単なる開発管理ではなくビジネス価値創出まで責任を持つポジション。

職務内容
・数億円規模のプロジェクトのマネジメント（品質・納期・コスト管理）・顧客課題の理解とビジネス成果にコミットした推進
・顧客とのリレーション構築および次案件創出
・プロジェクトメンバーの育成・チームマネジメント
・要件定義〜開発〜運用・改善までの一気通貫推進
・業務改善や収益改善提案の実施
・アジャイルやウォーターフォールなど最適な開発手法の選択
