- Organising shareholders’ meetings.
- Preparing Board of Directors’ written resolutions.
- Handling registration procedures.
- Drafting documents for company establishment/liquidation.
- Preparing submissions to Labor Standards Office (e.g. Article 36 Agreements).
- Supporting due diligence.
- Translating documents (English-Japanese, Japanese-English).
- Assisting with litigation.
- Conducting legal/case law research.
- 株主総会／取締役会の書面決議の書類作成、登記手続き、会社設立/会社清算の書類作成、36協定等の労基署に提出する書類の作成、デューデリジェンスのサポート、翻訳（日英、英日）、訴訟手続きのサポート、法令・判例のリサーチ等
