入社直後は完備されたマニュアルに沿って、コールセンター業務からスタートし、徐々に業務の幅を広げていきます。

主な業務内容
日本人向けコールセンターにて、主に下記の業務を担当します。
コールセンター業務
マニュアルに基づいた日本語での受電・架電対応および顧客サポートを行います。
コンサルティング業務
様々なサービスの提案・コンサルティング実務を担当します。
※コールセンター業務に慣れた後、徐々にステップアップしていきます！
※変更の範囲：会社の定める業務
