本ポジションは、日本法人を担当するHR Business Partnerとして、事業成長を人事面から支える役割です。経営・現場に近い立場で、戦略的な意思決定から実行まで一貫して関与いただきます。

職務内容
各事業責任者と連携し、組織・人材課題の特定から解決策の実行までを担います。
人員計画、評価・昇格・異動、採用要件定義や面接への関与など、HRBPとしての中核業務をリードします。
また、労務対応や管理職支援、グローバルHR施策の導入・運用を通じて、国内外のステークホルダーと連携します。
条件・待遇
年収レンジ：1,000万円〜1,200万円程度（経験・スキルに応じて相談）
東京エリア勤務、ハイブリッドワーク（在宅月数回）
