職務内容
入社・退職・休職・復職などに関する社員対応および各種ガイダンス
新入社員向け研修の運営サポート
メンタルヘルス、ハラスメント関連対応
人事システムの運用（人員管理、社員情報管理、業務改善の企画）
労務関連の法改正対応（社内文書・帳票の更新、資料作成、社員向け説明）
官公庁対応を含む労務管理業務全般
条件・待遇
