充填材入りフッ素樹脂及びフッ素樹脂塗料の生産技術の検討による生産能力向上、製造技術支援、品質改善、品質規格制定 等
■詳細
フッ素樹脂をベースとしたコンパウンド製品（充填材入りフッ素樹脂、フッ素樹脂塗料）に関する生産技術業務を担当していただきます。
・充填材入りフッ素樹脂およびフッ素樹脂塗料の製造条件（配合・混練 等）の検討・最適化
・製造部門と連携した製造トラブルの原因解析および技術的な改善支援
・製品品質の安定化・向上に向けた品質改善活動（ばらつき低減、不良低減）
・新規材料・新配合のスケールアップ検討および量産立ち上げ支援
・関連部門（製造、品質保証、営業、研究開発）との技術的な調整・情報共有
