■仕事内容
1）工場品質管理活動指導・緊急対応支援
2）クレーム発生対応（調査・検証試験、他）
3）海外自社、海外製造委託先、国内自社の管理指導、工場評価、及び改善指導
4）各種検査（生産工程、微生物、製品、保管サンプル、クレーム品等の検査）
5）検査データ管理、工程管理基準変更の提案
6）品質維持管理に必要とされる技術情報提供
7）上司（部長、グループ長）からの特命業務 など
※海外工場とのメールが定常業務となり、定期的に海外工場現地での工場評価・監査が発生します。
日常会話以上の英語コミュニケーションスキルを有する方を希望します。

Required Skills
■必須経験
・食品メーカー（原料・飲料可）に勤務経験あり
・品質管理担当として、クレーム処理（原因調査、クレーム回答書作成等）の経験あり
・委託工場等の品質管理業務の経験あり
・英語を使用して海外とメールや会議等の対応ができる
■歓迎条件
・工場品質監査・評価の経験あり
・日常会話以上の英語コミュニケーションスキルを有する
・実際に工場の品質管理の実務経験があり、アレルゲン管理、
原料サプライヤー指導、外部組織の監査を受ける等の実務と、
改善等の取り組みの経験あり
・微生物検査、官能検査の経験あり
・品質管理以外の職務経験もあり
