＜業務内容＞
エポキシ樹脂を代表とする熱硬化性樹脂向けの樹脂改質剤でついて、ポリマー合成と精製、成形、物性評価、製造化検討、等の新製品研究開発業務、および既存市場向けの技術サービス業務。更に能力に応じて、市場状況、顧客状況、営業方針、他社技術動向を踏まえた国内外の新規市場向けの新製品開発業務や、海外開発拠点へ駐在しての新規市場開発・技術サービス業務。
