三菱ふそうのプロダクト＆ストラテジー（製品戦略）チームは、経営戦略、開発、製造、市場、そしてお客様を結びつける役割を担っています。私たちは、初期段階のガードレール（指針）策定からプロジェクトの実現、そして最終的な量産に至るまで、組織内のあらゆるチームと手を取り合って製品戦略・企画・プロジェクトを舵取りすることで、会社全体としての「一つの流れ（ONE company flow）」を創り出しています。
私たちは、三菱ふそうにおけるディーゼル車およびxEV（電動車）双方の製品・事業戦略、プロジェクトマネジメント、およびセグメント戦略に深く携わっています。

私たちはプロダクト＆ストラテジー（製品戦略）チーム内のパワートレイン部門に所属しています。現在は14名のメンバーで構成されており、三菱ふそうにおけるすべてのパワートレイン・コンポーネントおよびプロジェクトの定義、牽引、管理を行っています。
その対象は、エンジン、トランスミッション、後処理システム（排出ガス浄化装置）などのディーゼル・パワートレイン部品から、eアクスル、バッテリー、充電システムといったゼロエミッション・パワートレイン部品まで多岐にわたります。

The Product and Strategy team here at Mitsubishi Fuso links corporate strategy development production market and customer functions. We create ONE company flow by steering the product strategy planning and projects hand in hand with teams throughout the organization from the initial guardrail setting to project realization and through to final production.
We are involved in the product and business strategy project management and segment strategy of both diesel vehicles and xEVs for Mitsubishi Fuso.

We are the Powertrain department of the Product and Strategy team currently 14 people who define lead and manage all of the powertrain components and projects of Mitsubishi Fuso. This includes diesel powertrain components such as engines transmissions and aftertreatment systems but also zero emission powertrain components such as eAxles batteries and charging systems.


【仕事内容／Job Description】
・エンジン、トランスミッション、後処理システム（排出ガス浄化装置）などのパワートレイン部品に関するプロジェクトの定義、主導、実施、および管理を行う。
・目標コストの設定、製品開発プロセス（PCP）に基づいたリスク管理を行い、各マイルストーンにおけるプロジェクトの成熟度を確認する。
・車両プロジェクトとの適切なインターフェースを定義・維持し、コンポーネントのロードマップが製品戦略全体と整合していることを確実にする。
・市場動向、競合他社の動き、最新技術を積極的に分析し、顧客と会社の両方にとって最適な製品ポートフォリオを企画・提案する。
・取締役会（役員会）の承認に向けた、包括的なプロジェクト文書およびレポートを作成する。
・専門部署（ライン部門）、外部サービスプロバイダー、サプライヤーを定義・統合し、結束力のあるプロジェクトチームを構築する。
・製品、顧客、市場のニーズを統合し、会社のパワートレイン製品戦略を支えるソリューションの考案・開発を行う。

Define lead implement and manage projects for powertrain components such as engines transmissions and aftertreatment systems
Set target costs manage risks in accordance with product creation process logic and confirm project maturity at each milestone.
Define and maintain suitable interfaces with vehicle projects to ensure component roadmaps are aligned with the overall product strategy.
Proactively review market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to curate the best potential portfolio for customers and the company.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for board approvals.
Define and integrate line functions external service providers and suppliers to create a cohesive project team.
Synthesize product customer and market needs to ideate and develop solutions that support the company’s powertrain product strategy.

■必須要件：
実務経験:
最低5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（自動車業界での経験が望ましいが、他業界での経験も考慮。自動車およびパワートレインに関する知識があれば尚可）。
コミュニケーション能力: 高いコミュニケーション能力、および複雑な情報を経営層に対して簡潔にプレゼンテーションできる能力。
対人・調整能力: 強固な人間関係を構築する能力、および利害が対立する関係者間を調整・仲裁する高い能力。

■歓迎要件：
マインドセット: 起業家精神（アントレプレナーシップ）をお持ちの方。
資格: PMP（プロジェクトマネジメント・プロフェッショナル）資格をお持ちの方。

Experience Knowledge:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred though other industries will be considered.
Knowledge of automotive systems and powertrains is a strong plus.

Communication Presentation:
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly to leadership/executive boards.

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build professional relationships.
Proven track record of mediating between conflicting parties and driving consensus.

Mindset Certification:
Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
PMP （Project Management Professional） certification is highly preferred.
