●携帯電話修理 品質管理チームの統括・マネジメントに従事いただきます。
【職務概要】
品質管理チームのマネージャーとして、携帯電話/スマートフォン修理の修理品質管理・改善およびチーム運営を担当。再修理品分析/発生の抑止、品質基準の整備等を通じて、安定した修理品質の実現をリードしていただきます。
【仕事内容】
・品質管理チーム（品質改善・出荷検査担当）の業務進捗管理およびメンバーマネジメント
・修理品質の管理・改善業務（外観検査基準策定、再修理品データの分析、修理不備発生時の対策導入主導）
・修理現場、技術部門との品質課題に関する連携・調整
・ 品質KPI管理・報告

Required Skills
【必要となる経験とスキル】
（１）品質管理・品質保証部門または修理現場組織のマネジメント経験
（２）上記「仕事内容」の経験（年齢考慮し、水準以上の方）
（３）顧客クレーム・不具合報告に対する是正対応、再発防止策導入の実務経験
（４）顧客監査の対応経験
（５）英語スキル：日常挨拶レベルの英会話が可能。技術要件は翻訳ツール等の使用可
（理解・作文含む）で、英語の質問メール対応ができること。

・携帯電話/スマートフォン構造に関する基礎知識
・品質管理手法に関する知識
・数値・データに基づく品質分析能力
・問題発生時に冷静に状況整理し、関係者を巻き込んで解決へ導くコミュニケーション力
・QMS（品質マネジメントシステム）、ISMS（情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム）の基礎知識
