■当社にて、車載レーダー製品の開発全体を統括し、品質・規格適合・顧客対応および新規受注活動まで担う技術プロジェクトリーダーとして活躍頂きます。
【業務内容】
・グローバルにまたがる車載レーダー製品開発チームをリードし、Vモデル、SAFe、PEPに基づいた製品開発全体を統括
・技術要件に基づく製品成熟度を担保し、DfM／DfAを含む検証プロセスを通じて量産開始（SOP）およびその後の品質安定化まで推進
・顧客・ステークホルダー要求に基づき、ASIL／ASPICEなどの車載規格への適合を確保しながら、品質・コスト・納期（QCT）目標を達成
・製品開発における社内外の技術窓口として、ステークホルダー対応および技術課題の調整・推進を担当
・新規案件獲得に向けた技術提案およびアクイジション活動をリード
