■業務内容
・衛生検査所/遺伝子検査ラボの日常業務の運営管理および実務
・遺伝子検査ラボのプレーイングマネージャーとしての検査業務の運営・管理・実務遂行
・検査ラボチームの育成・教育・人員配置最適化を含む統括
・検査業務のスケジューリング、進捗管理
・検査キットの手配、発送、検体受領～検査、報告までのワークフロー管理
・検査プロトコル・SOPの作成および遵守状況の監督業務改善によるラボ全体の生産性向上
・新検査導入時の導入プロジェクトリード
・機器・試薬・消耗品の管理および発注
・本社戦略に沿ったラボ運営の最適化、運用変更
・本社カウンターパートナーとのコミュニケーション
・クロスファンクションでの他部署との協働
