当社グループは、中国・アジアを中心とした海外市場でのブランド展開と事業成長を中期戦略の柱の一つとして位置付けています。これに伴い、各国の法規制対応、契約実務、ガバナンス強化、知的財産・コンプライアンス対応など、求められる法務の専門性がより一層重要になっています。増加する海外案件に迅速かつ的確に対応できる体制強化のため、海外事業を法務面から支える人材を新たに募集します。
■業務内容
海外事業に関わる法務業務とマネジメント業務
・取引法務（6割）英文での契約書作成・審査、契約交渉サポート、ひな型作成、社内教育等
・臨床法務（2割）契約に基づく紛争、代理店トラブル、個別相談対応、弁護士との連携等
・ガバナンス（２割） 海外グループ会社のガバナンス・コンプライアンス体制の整備・運用
