生産管理部門の責任者として、生産計画・需要管理・資材および在庫管理・部門全体のマネジメントを担っていただきます。
受注および需要予測に基づいた生産計画の最適化、調達・購買戦略の策定、在庫の最適化を通じて、中長期の事業戦略およびビジネス目標の達成を支える重要な役割です。
【主な業務内容】
・生産計画および需要計画の立案・管理
需要予測に基づき、中長期および短期の生産計画を立案・管理し、供給能力と納期遵守率を向上させる
・在庫水準およびKPIの管理・改善
原材料、仕掛品（WIP）、完成品在庫の管理を統括し、高い在庫回転率を実現するとともに、滞留在庫・過剰在庫を削減する
・サプライチェーン全体（購買・製造・物流）の最適化
調達およびサプライチェーンを管理し、サプライヤーとの関係構築・交渉を通じて、品質・コスト・納期の最適化を図る
・チームマネジメントおよび人材育成
生産管理および資材チームをリードし、人材育成、KPI管理、部門横断的な連携を強化する
・事業戦略との整合と継続的改善
事業計画に沿った生産・在庫戦略を策定し、コスト削減およびプロセス改善活動を継続的に推進する
