【概要】
・海外拠点と協力し、生産をするためのプロセスを計画し構築する。
・生産量の増強や生産の効率化のために外注に関連する業務を推進する。
・製品や部品の図面の情報伝達、格納等のシステムを確立し実行する。
・海外拠点から得た中期計画をもとに生産設備、投資の必要性を提案し業務を推進する。
・生産計画プロセスの標準化を推進する。
・コスト削減、品質改善のためのプロセスの変更を理解して業務を推進する。
・生産計画上問題解決のために適切な手法を用いて対策・改善を行う。
・SC管理部のタスク達成のため、部下のマネジメント・育成を行う。

Required Skills

・業務における英語資料経験（日々海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが必要）
・ピープルマネジメント経験
・生産（プロセス・機械・設備）に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
・PCスキル； MS Excel、Wordを使える方
・SAP経験者歓迎
