【業務内容】
・複数の戦略的プロジェクトの実行および計画（補助金事業やその他事業計画に紐づくプロジェクトの推進）
・部門横断のプロジェクトマネジメント（タイムラインの整合・課題解決・円滑なコミュニケーションの推進）
・オペレーション上のボトルネック特定と解消
・経営層向けのレポート・コミュニケーションおよび提案・意思決定の促進
・社内外のステークホルダーマネジメント及びレポーティング
・ベンダーコントロール
・適切なリスクマネジメント

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
・プロジェクト／プログラムマネジメント、戦略オペレーション、またはコンサルティング業務の経験が10年以上あること（特にスタートアップや急成長中の企業での経験が強く望ましい）
・約15億円以上の複雑なプロジェクトを、エンド・ツー・エンドで管理・推進した経験
・マネージャー職以上の部下を3名以上直接管理した経験、および合計10名以上の組織のラインマネジメント経験
・複数部門にまたがる複雑なプロジェクトやチームをリードし、測定可能な成果を上げた実績
経営層との業務経験
・優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
・英語でのディスカッションリード・資料作成が可能
・仮説検証スキル（自ら課題を見つけ出し、ソリューションを展開する）
【歓迎（WANT）】
・先進的な製造施設や食品加工施設の新規開発等を管理した経験
・PMP等のプロジェクト／プログラムマネジメントに関する資格
・エンジニアリングやオペレーション分野のバックグラウンド
