Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of data migration activities
- Direct supervision and guidance of all Functional consultants
- Cross cluster coordination to prevent gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies
- Integrated management of schedule, quality, risks, and issues
- Coordination with Accenture (project consultant) to align with SAP requirements
- Standardization of migration approach, deliverables, and governance
- Oversight of migration rehearsals (Dress Rehearsal, Production Data Load) and readiness reviews
- Escalation management and executive level reporting as required

Required Skills
Primary Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in SAP data migration projects (master data and transaction data)
- S4HANA data migration phases and data migration objects in all modules
- Practical knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., LTMC, SAP Data Services)
- Strong project / program management experience in complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (business users, IT, vendors)
- Fluent Japanese communication skills (business level or higher)
- Strong ownership mindset and customer side leadership attitude
