生成AIを活用したB2B向けプロダクトにおいて、RAGおよび検索基盤を中心に、インフラからサーバサイドまでの改善・構築を担うポジションです。大規模データを扱いながら、検索精度や処理性能の向上を主導し、AIエージェントの価値最大化に貢献します。

職務内容
RAGおよび検索基盤におけるインフラ・バックエンドの設計、構築、改善
検索精度やパフォーマンスのボトルネック特定と改善施策の実行
他エンジニアや企画担当と連携した仕様策定および運用設計
