金融機関向けの高度なデータ分析・機械学習プロジェクトにおいて、シニアデータサイエンティストと連携しながらモデル構築・運用設計を担うポジションです。分析実務に加え、技術的提案や再利用可能な分析資産の蓄積にも関与し、事業価値創出に直結する役割を担います。

Description
・金融機関向けデータ分析プロジェクトでの技術支援・構造化データ（テーブルデータ）を用いた機械学習モデルの設計・構築・評価
・Pythonによるデータ前処理、特徴量エンジニアリング、評価指標設計
・本番運用を見据えたモデル実装・MLOps観点での設計
・コンサルタントと協働した分析ニーズ整理および技術提案支援
・再利用可能な分析パターン・モデル群の設計、ナレッジ蓄積
Job Offer
・想定年収：600万円〜999万円（月給42.9万〜71.4万円）・賞与年2回、昇給あり
・フルフレックスまたは裁量労働制、ハイブリッド勤務可
・年間休日123日、完全週休二日制
