市場関連取引（有価証券、レポ、デリバティブ等）に関する決済・会計・レポーティングを担うバックオフィス業務です。
実務に加え、業務改善や仕組みづくりにも主体的に関われるポジションです。

市場部門のバックオフィス機能を強化するため、経験者を募集しています。
職務内容
- 投資有価証券、レポ、セキュリティレンディング、店頭デリバティブ等の決済業務
- 対象取引に関する時価評価、会計処理、決算・管理レポーティング
- 市場関連オペレーション全般の管理・運営
- VBA等を活用した業務効率化、改善ツールの構築
- 関連部署との連携・調整業務
条件・待遇
昇給年1回、賞与年2回

- 金融機関（銀行、生損保、証券等）におけるバックオフィス業務経験
- 投資有価証券、レポ、レンディング、店頭デリバティブ等の取扱経験（目安3年以上）
- 決算・会計・数値管理に関する実務経験
- VBA等を用いた業務改善が可能なITリテラシー
歓迎要件
- 企業財務部門等での数理的・管理業務経験
- 本部管理系部署（経営企画、財務等）での業務経験
- 英語または中国語の使用経験
- 金融関連資格（簿記、証券外務員等）
