急成長中の日本のSaaS企業が、IPO準備を主導し、財務ガバナンスを強化するCFOを募集しています。この役職は、IPOを目指す企業の財務の未来を形作る機会を提供し、年収は1500万から2000万円で、給与は経験に応じて決定されます。
職務内容：
- IPO準備と実行のリード
- 財務戦略の策定と実施
- J-GAAPに準拠した財務報告システムの確立
- ストックオプションプランの設計と最適化
- コーポレートガバナンスおよび内部統制の監督
- キャッシュフロー予測と資金計画の管理
- 監査法人および証券取引所との調整
- 関連部門（財務、会計、法務）の監督
- SaaSのKPIおよび財務パフォーマンスのモニタリング
- 投資および取引における財務リスクの評価
応募資格：
- CPA資格必須
- 上場企業の主査監査経験
- J-GAAPおよびJ-SOXの専門知識
- 財務モデリングのスキル
- 連結財務諸表および開示経験
- SaaS収益認識の経験
- スタートアップ環境での経験
- IPO準備の経験
- 英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
