大手保険会社の決算課にて、日本基準・米国基準双方に基づく決算および財務報告を担うポジションです。
監査対応や業務プロセス改善を通じて、専門性と視野を広げられます。

職務内容
- 日米会計基準に基づく月次・四半期・年次決算業務
- 財務報告資料の作成および社内外への報告
- 会計処理方針の検討・策定
- 監督官庁・業界団体向け提出資料の作成
- 外部／内部監査、金融当局対応、内部統制対応
- 海外本社・関連部門との調整・連携
- 決算業務プロセス改善プロジェクトへの参画・推進
