職務内容
- 法人顧客に対するメールベースのテクニカルサポート対応
- 製品利用や導入に関する事前提案・コンサルティング対応
- 顧客の課題や利用シーンに応じた技術的アドバイスの提供
- 営業チームからの技術的問い合わせ対応（プリセールス支援）
- HQやローカルエンジニアとの連携・エスカレーション対応
- 社内外ステークホルダーと連携した問題解決の推進
