生成AIを活用したB2B向けSaaSの開発組織において、エンジニアの育成・評価・アサインを含むピープルマネジメントと、技術的な意思決定を担う役割です。PdMなど他職種と連携しながら、事業戦略に沿った開発体制の構築と、AI前提のプロダクト進化をリードします。

職務内容
B2B SaaS開発チームにおけるエンジニアの目標設定、評価、育成、チーム編成のマネジメント
フロントエンド・バックエンド双方を含む技術的意思決定の支援と開発品質の向上
他職種と連携し、事業戦略に沿った開発体制とプロダクト進化の推進
