本ポジションは、テクノロジー部門における経営層直下の重要かつ即応性の高いテーマを支援します。コンサルティング経験を活かし、不確実性の高い環境で主体的に動ける方に最適な役割です。

日本に拠点を持つグローバル規模のテクノロジー系企業。テクノロジー部門は全社横断の重要施策や経営判断を支える中核的な役割を担っています。
職務内容
- CIOからの優先度の高いアドホック案件に対する戦略的支援
- リサーチ、ベンチマーキング、構造化分析の実施
- 経営層向け資料・レポート・ブリーフィングの作成
- 複数部門を横断したステークホルダー調整と実行推進
- 横断施策の進捗管理およびレポーティング
- エグゼクティブミーティングの運営およびフォローアップ
- 関係者ヒアリングを通じた課題特定と原因分析
- スコープが不明確な短期プロジェクトへの主体的対応
- CIOオフィス内の業務改善・ナレッジ共有支援
条件・待遇
- 経営に近い立場での高い可視性と影響力

- 初回2ヶ月契約、以降3ヶ月毎更新（長期想定）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜17:30（土日祝休み）
- 勤務地：東京

Required Skills
- コンサルティング、経営企画等での実務経験4〜5年以上
- 複雑な課題を整理・構造化できる高い分析力
- 経営層向け資料作成の経験
- グローバル企業および日本企業での業務経験
- 経営層との直接的な業務経験があれば尚可
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- MBA等の上位学位があれば尚可
